Reservations and Payments : for room sat Vardaan are based directly on current rates at
the time of the reservations. Please be aware t hat rates and availability are subject t o
change in real time and without prior notice. Once we have received your reservation
request containing the necessary booking and payment through the designated sales
network your reservati on shall be confirmed. A t that ti me you will receive an e-mail
containing the re servation con fi rmati on. Reser vati ons m ay be made anytime prior to
arrival.
Amendments and Cancellations : Should you wish to change any details of your booking ,
we will do our best to help. However confirmation of any such reservati on amen dments
would depen d on room availability. If you need to cancel your reservation, the charges
plus applicable taxes shown below become payable by you.

Group bookings :
If your reservation is for 5 or more rooms but less than 15 rooms we
treat it is as a Group Bo oking. Please note that grou p bookings need to be cancelled at
least 7 days prior to arrival . In case you c ancel the reservation for a gr oup booking the
following char ges plus applicable taxes become payable by you.
1.
Less than 21 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the applicable
room tariff for the block of r ooms reserved by you.
2.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100 % of the applicable room tariff per
reserved room.
Block bookings:
If your reservation is for 15 or more rooms we treat it is as a Block
Booking. Please note that bloc k bookings need to be cancelled at least 10 days prior to
arrival . In case you cancel the reservation for a block booking the following charges
plus applicable taxes become paya ble by you.

Less than 21 days bu t more than 10 days prior t o arri val

2.
Less than 10 days prior to arrival – 100% o f the applicable room t ariff per
reserved room.
Reservation holding period:
At the time of making your reservation we ask you for your
expected time of arrival . As we have a 24 hour checking in cycle this facil itates us to
serve you better . However in ca se of your non - arrival at the designated time we shall
hold your reservation for upto 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours, we c onsider that you are
not arri ving and rele ase your reservation. In case thi s happens we levy the No Show
charge ( as explained under Amendments & Cancellation ) to you . To avoi d being
charged please inform us about any delay in your arrival to the hotel or any
amend mentst of your reser vation . The Policy for Amendments and Cancellations as
described in that section shall apply . Room charge for one night will be charged to your
credit
card
as
per
policy.
Check-in & check out :
At Vardaan you have the advantage of retaining your room up to
12 Noon post checking in. If you check-in today at 1200 hrs the room is yours for 24
hours,
i.e.
till
1159
hrs
tomorrow
for
no
extra
char ge.
Extension of stay :
If you wish to extend your stay , we will do our best to help . However
confirmation of any such extension would depend on room availability. If you are
some how delayed and are unable to check out at the scheduled time of check out :
1.
We assume that you are extending your stay and we charge 25% of the rack
rate to you and the roo m can be used by you for another 6 hours. This cannot
be reversed.
2.
In case you fail to chec k out post the 6 hours then we charge 75% of the rack
rate to you and the room can be used by you for another 18 hours This cannot
be reversed.
3.
Also this facility o f extending your stay is only at the discretion of the hotel and
only in case we have r ooms available.
4.
In case you do not wish to be charged for the extended stay you can c all up the
hotel and as k for your bill to be settled and your possessions vacated from the
room in your absence.
At any point in time after your scheduled time for check-out, the hotel has the right to
vac ate your room in your absence and offer the room to another guest
Refunds :
Any refunds due to you will be made promptly after receipt of written
cancell ation from the hotel and deduction of t he cancellati on charge as appl icabl e to
you. We also deduct the 3% pr ocessing charge for the credit car d transaction. Please
note, however, that no refunds will be made for any ser vices provided that you do not
use. Special features offered by hotels are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion.
Privacy Policy :
Any personal information regarding customers of Vardaan or their
purchases is stri ctl y confidenti al. Be assured t hat Vardaan wil l not distribute speci fic
information about your travel reservations except to parties involved in your travel
arrangements such as driving services. Vardaan will NOT market , sell, redistribute, or
modify personal information in any way. If you subscribe to our reservation services,
we will obtain your e-mail address and will provide you with special of fers, pr omotional
information and product announcements. We may send you communications and may
provide information about third parties who have valuable pr oducts and services to
offer . When you pr ovide information to become a member of our reservation service
you agree to receive this communication . If , at anytime , you do not want to receive
information about special o ffers, pr omotional information and pr oduct announcements,
you may elect to not recei ve such communications from Vardaan by forw ar ding the e -
mail message you received to a specified email address. This will guarantee your
immediate
stop
fr om
rec eiving
such
communication.
Limitation of Liability :
Vardaan is responsible only for the reservation and guarantees
the same at the hotel on your date of arrival as per the reser vation an d nothing
more .We are not in a position to guarantee your safety against accidents , acts of God ,
theft, or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety
and Va rdaan wil l not be responsible for an y eventual ities rel ated to servi ces booked
throughus.
Modification :
Vardaan may at any time modify these terms and conditions and you
continued use of thi s service wil l be conditi oned upon the terms and condi tions i n force
at the time of your use. |
